Yann's latest collaboration:

Yoreself

Beatnik Neon

After two years of (socially distanced) hard work, the latest instalment in Beatnik Neon discography is finally out and available online for your greatest listening pleasure! This collaborative EP features original vocalist Christopher Greaney on the opening track, as well as frequent collaborator Christine Nicole who took a break from a successful solo career to lend us her voice.

Thanks to Finnish vocalist Otu Suurmunne and Australian saxophonist Hugo Lee, the sound of Beatnik Neon was beautifully expanded to offer you some twenty-five minutes of hand-crafted sonic beauty!

This record was the occasion for me to showcase my newly developed skills on the piano, as well as to provide bass and backup vocals. Cello was recorded between Katy, Texas, and Paris, France.

Irving Artero, engineer extraordinaire, pushed our home production to the next level, polishing and refining our sound to make it as pristine as ever!

Personel:

  • Nolan Farmer guitar, keyboards, arrangement, production
  • Yann Marc cello, bass, keyboards, backup vocals
  • Christopher Greaney vocals, piano
  • Christine Nicole vocals
  • Otu Suurmunne vocals
  • Hugo Lee saxophone
  • Irving Artero mixing, mastering
